The governing body oversees all aspects of the organization, sets down all affairs and safeguards the assets of the organization, conveys fundraising, and works out policies and regulations of the organization. Administrative day-to-day activities are undertaken under the leadership of the Executive Director who is responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with its mission and philosophy and develops policies and programs to that end.
