The Horn of Africa has been identified as one of Africa's climate-change hotspots, experiencing extreme climate shocks, consecutive draughts, food and water insecurities, displacements, and other socio-economic challenges to the most vulnerable communities in the region.

AidBridge is working closely with local communities and its national and international partners on the best ways to tackle, mitigate and adopt climate change and find sustainable solutions to its effects on hard-hit communities.
